Workshops and Retreats

The experience of creating a thriving life is amplified when we do so in community. I offer a variety of opportunities to gather and learn with others in the New England area.

2020 Vision: A Retreat for the New Year

Get a perfectly clear vision of your new year. In a world of nonstop distraction, taking time to reflect can feel impossible. It’s hard to find space to take stock of your life, imagine what you want it to be, and get aligned with that vision. This clarifying 3-day retreat will give you just that. With just the right balance of structure and openness, this time will help you get grounded and connected to your vision- so you can start your year off with energy and intention.

This retreat will be co-led by one of my favorite collaborators, Lawrence Barriner.
